Perancangan Clutch System Tipe Semi Hydraulic Dalam Sistem Kemudi Mini Bulldozer Pada Proyek MHDV POLMAN
MHDV(Mini Heavy Duty Vehicle) is a mini heavy equipment vehicle which is a project owned by politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bandung and designed to have the same function as bulldozer to complete the requirement of mini-sized equipment that does not yet exist in indonesia. The MHDV project is a follow-ip project run in 2014 which was first undertaken by an intership student from IUT(institut universitaire de technologie) at Bandung state Manufacturing Polytechnic with teh final result of body design and transmission on wheels.Some parts still need to be equipped, so the vehicle can bo piloted by the operator, therefore the authors complete the inside of the steering lever that regulates the direction of the fluid folw that moves the actuator, the actuator that work will push the disk and palte in a disengaged condition so that transmission power to the wheel is disconnected. One side of the wheel of the vehicle is slowing down or stopping and will push the vehicle to turn to wards that side, and vice versa.
The author loads this final project with the title"Designing Steering System with Clutch System semi Hydarulic type on Mini Bulldozer in project MHDV POLMAN". Designed using the VDI 2222 which has been modified to suit the needs of the designer, The disign process in done by studyng the design that has been done, determine the list of demands, collect data and references, and perform calculations and design.
The final result is report and draft of steering system design with semi hydraulic type clutch system.
