Mature technology has an image of expensive and complex. Therefore, most of the company has a long discussion to adopt it. The adoption of mature technology in this paper that authors mean is the ERP system that adopted by the manufacturing company. This paper is conduct to understand the relationship between mature technology and firms performance. The online questionnaire was sent to the employee in manufacturing company. The originality of this paper combines the non-financial benefit which it becomes the limitation of this research. The results show that only satisfaction of the user for using ERP that affects the firm's performance.
