Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Affective Commitment, continuance Commitment dan Normative Commitment Studi pada Karyawan Tetap di Polman Bandung
The purpose of this research is to prove that the employee's perception of organizational climate can influence employee's commitment to the organization. Organizational commitment is composed of three components; they are affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Respondents of this research are 100 permanent employees in Polman Bandung who has worked at least 5 years. Data analysis using Path Analysis to see how much influence the independent variable that is organizational climate on the dependent variable that is affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. The results showed that the influence of organizational climate on affective commitment by 7.20%, on continuance commitment by 11.70% and on normative commitment by 9.92%. The findings in this research strengthen other researches showing that organizational climate affects organizational commitment.
